Our peach melba cake is beautiful chiffon cake with the fruit flavors of peach and raspberry entwined. Luscious yellow finely textured chiffon layers are delectably soaked in a peach liqueur then layered with a luscious peach cream and raspberry filling. Topped with an intricate lattice webbing of raspberry and white icing. A great combination of peach with raspberry makes this cake is to die for!

Shelf Life:
Cake may be kept frozen for six months at 20°F, or up to one year at 0°F and may be thawed and re-frozen. May be kept refrigerated for up to 10 days. Ships frozen & in insulated polyfoam coolers & dry ice. Refrigerate or re-freeze upon arrival.
Shipping:
Ships via FedEx within 24-48 hours from FL. Alaska and Hawaii must select "2 day or Next Day".Orders for delivery in AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA require 4 or 5 transit business days. In order to prevent transit over weekends, standard delivery is restricted to Mondays. We recommend Second Day or Next Day additional cost shipment upgrades for those areas.
